Jeep is turning its 85 years of existence into a year-long party, and we are all invited to open the presents via the Twelve 4 Twelve program. Instead of releasing one big anniversary model, Jeep is stretching the celebration all year long, giving the Jeep faithful something new to look forward to every month. It’s a strategy that blends heritage storytelling with modern-day hype, and so far, it’s working.

The Twelve 4 Twelve program is exactly what it sounds like: 12 months, 12 buzz-worthy Wrangler and Gladiator special editions designed to highlight the brand’s heritage, capability, and creativity.

At the halfway point, Jeep has already rolled out six distinct drops, each with its own personality and purpose. Some lean into nostalgia, others double down on hardcore performance, and a few exist purely to show Jeep still knows how to have fun.

Here’s a closer look at every model revealed so far.

2026 Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator Rewind Special Editions

What makes the Rewind models especially interesting is how they came to life. Originally introduced as a one-off concept at Easter Jeep Safari, the response from enthusiasts was strong enough that Jeep pushed it into production. That alone tells you everything about the direction of this program. Jeep isn’t just guessing what buyers want; it’s actively listening to its most passionate fans and turning those ideas into real vehicles.

From a design standpoint, Rewind blends retro inspiration with modern execution in a way that feels intentional, not gimmicky. The design team pulled from ‘80s and ‘90s culture, everything from bold color palettes to arcade-style graphics, and layered it onto a Wrangler and Gladiator that still deliver the capability Jeep is known for. Underneath all the nostalgia is proven Willys-based hardware, which means these aren’t just showpieces; they’re still built to hit the trail.

Highlights:

  • Retro-inspired exterior graphics with bold, era-correct colors
  • Gold-accent wheels and tow hooks for a standout look
  • Off-road tires paired with steel rock rails for real trail capability
  • Unique color options like Joose, Reign, and Hydro Blue
  • Nappa leather seats with 8-bit-inspired embossing
  • Dot-matrix style interior details and custom plaques
  • Heated seats, heated steering wheel, and modern tech features
  • Locking rear differential and Off-Road+ mode
  • Based on proven Willys capability foundation
  • Priced just $1,900 over a comparable Willys model

2026 Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator Rockslide Special Editions

As the fifth drop in the Twelve 4 Twelve program, Rockslide takes the already well-established Sahara and Rubicon trims and layers in a bold, design-first approach centered entirely around shades of blue. But this isn’t just a simple stripe package either. Jeep went all-in on creating a cohesive theme, blending Blue Agave, Jean Blue, and Indigo Blue accents across both the exterior and interior. The result feels more curated than most special editions. It’s still unmistakably a Wrangler or Gladiator, but Rockslide gives it a personality that stands out immediately, especially when paired with the Anvil body-color roof and matching grille surround.

This isn’t a mall-crawler package dressed up in bright colors. Jeep made sure to keep the hardware intact, and in some cases, even improve it. The biggest example is the addition of steel rock rails on the Wrangler Sahara, something that hasn’t been offered from the factory since 2017.

And like the rest of the Twelve 4 Twelve lineup, Rockslide doesn’t stop at the Wrangler. Jeep brought the same treatment to the Gladiator, offering it on both Rubicon and Mojave trims. That means buyers can get this bold, blue-forward design with serious truck capability, including up to 7,700 pounds of towing and 1,720 pounds of payload, making it one of the more versatile entries in the program.

Highlights:

  • Blue-focused design theme with Blue Agave, Jean Blue, and Indigo Blue accents
  • Anvil body-color roof and matching grille surround for a cohesive exterior look
  • Available on Wrangler Sahara and Rubicon, plus Gladiator Rubicon and Mojave
  • Steel rock rails on Sahara, first time since 2017
  • Unique interior treatment with Indigo Blue accents and contrast stitching
  • Jean Blue cloth seats and Rockslide-specific badging and plaques
  • Full LED lighting, Gorilla Glass windshield, and heated mirrors
  • Standard advanced safety tech like adaptive cruise control and forward collision warning
  • Gladiator version offers up to 7,700-lb towing and 1,720-lb payload
  • Starts at just $695 over comparably equipped models

2026 Jeep Wrangler Willys 392

As the fourth drop in the program, the Willys 392 takes the stripped-down, back-to-basics spirit of the original Willys and injects it with serious modern performance, anchored by a 6.4-liter HEMI V8.

Jeep is giving enthusiasts exactly what they’ve been asking for: more V8 power in a Wrangler that still feels authentic to the brand’s roots. With 470 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque, the Willys 392 isn’t just capable off-road, it’s legitimately fast and aggressive in a way that few vehicles in this segment can match. It’s a reminder that Jeep isn’t afraid to go against the grain, especially at a time when many competitors are moving away from large displacement engines.

Jeep didn’t just drop a V8 under the hood and call it a day. The Willys 392 comes equipped with off-road hardware, including heavy-duty Dana 44 axles, a full-time Selec-Trac system, and 35-inch all-terrain tires. It’s built to handle everything from dunes to rock crawling without compromise. At the same time, it doesn’t ignore comfort or tech, with premium interior materials and a fully modern infotainment setup that makes it just as usable on the road as it is off it.

This is also one of the clearest examples of Jeep expanding the appeal of the 392 formula. By bringing it into the Willys lineup, Jeep is making V8 performance more accessible while still keeping that heritage-driven identity intact. It’s loud, it’s capable, and it’s unapologetically Jeep.

Highlights:

  • 6.4-liter HEMI V8 with 470 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque
  • Two-mode dual exhaust system for adjustable sound and performance
  • 35-inch BFGoodrich KO2 tires with beadlock-capable 17-inch wheels
  • 11.1 inches of ground clearance
  • Dana 44 heavy-duty front and full-float rear axles
  • Tru-Lok electronic locking rear differential
  • Selec-Trac full-time transfer case with 4.56 axle ratio
  • Rock rails, steel bumpers, and a winch-capable front setup
  • Cold air intake hood with water separator
  • Nappa leather heated seats and a 12.3-inch touchscreen with navigation
  • Alpine premium audio system with subwoofer
  • Starting MSRP of $69,995

2026 Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator 85th Anniversary Editions

At first glance, plaid might seem like an unusual centerpiece for a modern off-road pickup or SUV. But in this context, it works. Jeep is tapping into a deeper sense of heritage here, something tied to outdoor culture, workwear, and the kind of everyday utility that has always defined the brand.

Inside, the plaid seat inserts, matching interior accents, and 85th Anniversary badging don’t just look different; they tell a story. It’s a reminder that Jeep’s legacy isn’t just about capability, it’s about the people who have relied on these vehicles for generations. It’s not flashy in the traditional sense, but it might be one of the most interesting entries in the entire Twelve 4 Twelve lineup.

Unlike some heritage models that carry a hefty premium, the 85th Anniversary package is priced to reach a wider audience.

Highlights:

  • Heritage-inspired plaid interior with exclusive 85th Anniversary seat tags
  • Matching plaid accents across the instrument panel and interior trim
  • Steel Oxide-painted 17-inch wheels and bronze tow hooks
  • Blue Agave 85th Anniversary badges and exterior decals
  • Durable Berber floor and cargo mats for real-world use
  • Standard Convenience Group with heated seats, heated steering wheel, and remote start
  • Alpine premium audio system and full LED lighting
  • Gorilla Glass windshield, heated mirrors, and deep-tint windows
  • Advanced safety tech including adaptive cruise control and forward collision warning
  • Available on both Wrangler and Gladiator models
  • Starts at just $710 over a comparably equipped Wrangler

2026 Jeep Wrangler and Gladiator Whitecap Special Editions

The Whitecap is where Jeep proves you don’t need a full redesign to make a statement. As the second drop in the Twelve 4 Twelve program, this special edition leans into one of the brand’s most recognizable heritage cues, the classic white roof. Inspired by the CJ-era Arctic White tops, the Whitecap brings that look into the modern Wrangler lineup with a bright white painted hardtop and matching grille that immediately set it apart from anything else on the road or trail.

What makes Whitecap work is its simplicity. Jeep paired that clean, two-tone look with the proven capability of the Sahara and Rubicon trims, giving buyers a familiar foundation with a fresh visual twist. With available turbocharged or V6 power and Jeep’s Selec-Trac 4×4 systems, it’s still every bit as capable as you’d expect. And with pricing starting at just a few hundred dollars over a standard model, it’s one of the easiest ways to get something unique without stretching the budget.

Highlights:

  • Bright White painted hardtop and matching seven-slot grille
  • Heritage-inspired design based on classic CJ models
  • Available on Wrangler Sahara and Rubicon trims
  • Optional Sky One-Touch power top with white accents
  • Bright White side stripe or hood decals depending on trim
  • Choice of 2.0L turbo or 3.6L V6 engine
  • Selec-Trac part-time or full-time 4×4 systems
  • Starts at $495 over select trims

2026 Jeep Wrangler Moab 392

The Moab 392 kicked off the entire Twelve 4 Twelve program, and it set the tone in a big way. Named after one of the most iconic off-road destinations in the world, this model isn’t just about performance.

Like the Rubicon 392 and the Willys 392, the 6.4-liter HEMI V8 delivers 470 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque, backed by serious off-road hardware like 35-inch tires, beadlock-capable wheels, and a full-time Selec-Trac system. It’s built to handle everything from daily driving to extreme terrain without breaking a sweat. Add in premium touches like Nappa leather and a 12.3-inch infotainment system, and the Moab 392 becomes more than just a trail rig; it’s a flagship statement for what Jeep still does better than anyone else.

Highlights:

  • 6.4-liter HEMI V8 with 470 horsepower and 470 lb-ft of torque
  • 35-inch all-terrain tires and beadlock-capable 17-inch wheels
  • Selec-Trac full-time transfer case with 4.56 axle ratio
  • Two-mode dual exhaust and cold-air intake hood
  • Rock rails, black tow hooks, and body-color hardtop
  • Heated Nappa leather seats and Alpine premium audio
  • 12.3-inch touchscreen with navigation
  • Optional Sky One-Touch top and 8,000-lb Warn winch
  • Starting MSRP of $79,995

What Comes Next: The Second Half of Twelve 4 Twelve

Jeep’s Twelve 4 Twelve Program Launches a New Special Edition Each Month for a Year (Photo Courtesy of Jeep)

What has been interesting with the first half of product drops is the diversity of character Jeep has been able to cultivate through its two most capable models. Showing it is a brand that listens to its customers, the most recent Rewind model made a quick pivot from one-off EJS concept to reality. This leaves me wondering, does Jeep even know what the next six models are, or is there some flexibility to them as well?
