We’ve known since August what changes were in store for the 2024 Chevy Colorado, but amid the UAW strike at the Wentzville plant where the truck is built and parts shortages, production for this midsize truck has been delayed and delayed again. Thus, we’ve been waiting not so patiently for the 2024 pricing. Now, just a couple weeks before the year’s end, the 2024 Chevy Colorado pricing configurator is finally live.

2024 Chevy Colorado pricing
Here’s the shocker, though there have been some significant changes for the 2024 model year, pricing only increases by $400 across the board – with one exception. The ZR2 price only increases by $100.
But when you dig into the numbers a little deeper, you’ll notice something interesting. The price increase is really only $300, and the ZR2 price doesn’t increase at all. Nope, the destination fee goes up for 2024. In 2023 it was $1,495, in 2024 it’s $1,595.

What’s new?
While we have a full story going through all the deets, the executive summary is this: You now only have two engine tune options, and the digital driver information display is now a standard 11 inches. We also know that there’s a ZR2 Bison package that will include a bed-mounted spare tire carrier; AEV skid plates for the fuel tank, front, transfer case and rear differential; beadlock capable wheels; all-weather floor liners; front and rear AEV stamped steel bumpers; and multimatic jounce control dampers. Today we know it’ll cost $11,700. That means a Colorado ZR2 Bison will cost $60,095 — without any options or accessories.
The bottom line
You know the 2024 midsize truck market is competitive when one of the leading newer trucks only increases its year-over-year price by $400, or $300 depending on your perspective. We know there aren’t extensive changes since the truck was all-new for 2023. But still.
2024 is going to be an interesting year to follow in terms of truck sales.
