The 2026 Ram HD Express and Warlock are revealed at a lower price point with more value as the truck brand further expands its sport truck lineup.

Ram introduces the two new Heavy Duty models to its expanding sport truck lineup. Black Express and Warlock variants of the Ram 2500 are open for orders now and will make their way to dealers in the third quarter.

Two engine options include the Torqueflite HD 8 speed automatic transmission:
- 6.7-liter Cummins High-Output Turbo Diesel produces 430 horsepower and best-in-class standard 1,075 lb.-ft. of torque
- 6.4-liter HEMI® V-8 delivers 405 horsepower and 429 lb.-ft. of torque (standard engine)
The trucks ride on the link-coil rear suspension system that’s known as providing one of the best ride comfort trucks in the heavy-duty segment. This feature improves driver comfort and handling while loaded or unloaded.
The new models are part of Ram’s commitment to 25 product announcements over the next 18 months. Both trucks also contribute to the sport truck lineup, giving customers additional value with popular content and dealers more flexibility with price points.

Orders are now open for the 2026 Ram 2500 Black Express and Warlock in limited volume with availability in the third quarter of 2025. The two new sport truck offerings are assembled in Saltillo, Mexico.
Our take
Ram continues to try to find ways to reduce the entry-level price point of its trucks with packaging and removing content found in higher trim trucks. This gives buyers more options and freedom of choice on dealership lots. While overall prices are not going to come down, lower trim trucks are holding the price steady compared to a few years ago especially when you consider inflation.
