Toyota Tundra

In this Talkin’ Trucks Livestream, Publisher Tim Esterdahl and Managing Editor Jill Ciminillo kicked off the evening talking about the 2023 Toyota Tundra. As you may know Esterdahl owned a 2022 Tundra and talked a lot about what he liked and didn’t like. After having the opportunity to drive 2023 model, he was able to discern if he would buy it again and if Toyota had actually corrected some of the big problems. He also talked about his exclusive interview with the new Tundra engineer, who explains why this generation Tundra doesn’t (and won’t) have tow hooks.

Ciminillo also dug into her first drive of the Subaru Crosstrek Wildness. While she generally likes the newest Wilderness model, the one big miss is the fact this vehicle doesn’t get a front facing camera.

The duo also discussed the introduction of the first EV from Honda: The midsize 2024 Prologue. Built in collaboration with General Motors, this vehicle is expected to make an appearance in early 2024.

Esterdahl and Ciminillo closed out the episode answering viewer questions as well as putting a plug in for their 100k subscriber challenger where Esterdahl will run a 5k with Ciminillo, and Ciminillo will golf 9 holes with Esterdahl once they hit that milestone.
