The 2024 Chevy Silverado HD pricing has been revealed for the new trucks with new features, an off-road ZR2 variant and more.
Before we get into pricing for the 2024 Silverado HD trucks, it is worth noting they were revealed in September 2022 with slight changes to the exterior, major changes to the cabin, the addition of 10-speed automatic transmissions to both the 6.6-liter gas and diesel engines, an HD ZR2 version with more off-road gear, max towing improved to 36,000 pounds for the 1-ton truck and a variety of other changes.
2024 Chevy Silverado HD Pricing

The 2024 pricing for the 2500 models is $1,100 to $1,900 more than the outgoing 2023 models depending on trim level. For the WT trims, the base regular-cab, long-bed truck sees a $1,900 jump while the double cab and crew cab are $1,200 more. The other big jump in price will be for the LT trim which sees a $1,700 higher price while the Custom, LTZ are less of a jump with $1,100 more for Custom and $1,300 more for LTZ. Finally, the High Country trim sees a $1,500 price increase.
Looking at the 3500 model, the prices increase by $1,200 to $2,000, depending on trim level. Like the 2500 models, the base regular cab model sees the $1,900 price increase and the other cabs are $1,200 more. The LT single-rear-wheel and dual-rear-wheel models see $1,700 to $1,900 price increases, respectively. For LTZ, the price is similar to the 2500 with $1,300 SRW and $1,500 DRW price increases. Finally, the High Country sees a price jump of $1,500 for the SRW and $2,000 for the DRW.
We don’t have pricing for the HD ZR2 nor do we have pricing for the upcharge for the 6.6-liter Duramax diesel, which was about $10,000 more than the gas engine for the 2023 model.
The bottom line
Keeping with the way of the times, the 2024 Chevy Silverado HD pricing isn’t a big surprise. It seems like every truck has gotten more expensive in just the last year, and it doesn’t look like prices are going to come down anytime soon. We also aren’t seeing the big incentives being offered like in year’s past. Simply put, if you need or want a new truck, you are going to pay for it.
