Lexus RX 500h

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid, Lexus NX250, NX350, NX350 Hybrid, 2024-2025 Lexus RX350, RX350 Hybrid, and RX500 Hybrid vehicles. For this Camry and Lexus SUV recall, the second-row center seat belt webbing may be damaged. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 209, “Seat Belt Assemblies.”

A damaged seat belt may not adequately restrain an occupant, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.

Dealers will inspect the seat belt webbing and replace the seat belt assembly if necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed March 24, 2025. Owners may contact Toyota’s customer service at 1-800-331-4331. Toyota’s numbers for this recall are 25TA03 and 25LA03.

If you own a 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid, Lexus NX250, NX350, NX350 Hybrid, 2024-2025 Lexus RX350, RX350 Hybrid, and RX500 Hybrid vehicle, be sure to consult the NHTSA recalls portion of the website and type in the specific VIN of your truck to see if this current Hyundai recall applies to your vehicle.

Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153) or go to nhtsa.gov.
